> YDB Natural Gas Hot Water Boiler

1) YDB series hot water boiler unit is a low-nitrogen premixed gas integrated hot water boiler jointly developed by Henan Yuanda Boiler Co., Ltd. and the School of Energy and Power of Xi'an Jiaotong University.

2) The expert team of Xi'an Jiaotong University conducted a large amount of computing, simulation, and simulation through the computer, and then repeatedly tested through the gas combustion test platform of the large boiler, created the "comb" type burner structure, and coupling the burner and the boiler. Then comprehensively use air -cooled and water -cooled technology to discharge the unit nitrogen oxides less than 30mg under the whole working conditions.

3) Working principle: Ultra -low nitrogen premix gas boilers have various functions such as heating hot water and hygienic hot water, and can provide multi -hot water according to user requirements. After the combustion of the burning machine is absorbed by the medium, some medium changes from liquid to gaseous steam. The steam is condensed outside the heat exchange tube to release the heat. Use the heat users; and the steam itself is re -condensed into a liquid, and returned to the medium to reuse it. This is constantly looping to achieve hot water to the outside world.
