Product: Water Tube Biomass
SZW series biomass bagasse boiler. It is double drums water tube boiler, adopts water membrane wall design. With large heating surface, make sure enough space for biomass burning, automatic feeding and slag removing system.
1. Double Drum Water Tube Structure
The SZW biomass boiler adopts a longitudinal double drum water tube structure. The upper drum and lower drum are connected by water tubes to form a natural water circulation system.
2. Membrane Water-Cooled Wall Structure
The furnace adopts a membrane water-cooled wall design, which improves sealing performance and reduces heat loss.
3. Large Volume Furnace Design
The boiler furnace is specially designed with a larger combustion chamber suitable for biomass fuel combustion characteristics.
4. Independent Air Distribution System
The boiler adopts segmented air supply design with forced draft and induced draft fans.
5. Automatic Fuel Feeding System
The biomass fuel feeding system can achieve continuous automatic fuel supply.
6. Automatic Ash Removal System
The boiler can be equipped with automatic ash discharge equipment for continuous ash removal.
7. Economizer Energy Saving System
An economizer can be installed at the boiler rear section to recover flue gas waste heat.
8. PLC Intelligent Control System
Supports fully automatic PLC control, control functions include: automatic water level control, steam pressure control, furnace temperature monitoring, fan frequency control, alarm and safety protection.
9. Dust Removal & Environmental Protection System
The boiler system can be equipped with multiple dust collection devices.
