Industrial boilers and pressure vessels are used as heat-transfer medium for wood preservation, digestion, and drying. So there need steam boiler for heating & drying, thermal oil boiler for hot pressing.

Best suitable boiler is wood waste fired boiler, you can burn wood waste, lower cost.

Mostly, there are two choice for plywood factory boiler, they are steam boiler and thermal oil boiler.

1. Steam boiler could reach a heating temperature 250°C, it need use water as the medium, boiler heating water to high-temp steam, then use steam for heating/drying. You can use wood waste burning as power,so you don't need pay for fuel cost again.

2. Thermal oil boiler, working at a low pressure to reach higher temperature up to 350°C, need use thermal oil as the medium circualting in the pipes as heating power, it is durable and safety. Also you can use wood waste burning power, low running cost.

Remark: If you don't plan to use woodwaste as power, we give suggestion for gas, diesel, lpg, coal, these all are available.
